The Scylloid aka is a large, fast hybrid creature. When an Alpha Scyloid encounters a human, it will first stab it's arms and releases substance into the humans body that renders them unconscious, then they place their mouth slightly into the humans and spit the CH-virus into the human's mouth. In a short time the human will awaken fully healed as a Scylic Zombie. In short period of time the outer parts of the zombie will burst apart as a new Scylloid is born retaining its memories and intelligence ready to infect more humans. This newborn Scylloid acts in a manner as other Scylloids, and it retains it former memories and intelligence.
