This technique is used by Kusagakure’s Toueizu clan. With it, they can chronicle any event they see or hear. Once activated, the user’s normal brain functions stop. A special section of the brain is then turned on, allowing any observation to be imprinted in their heads. When using the technique, members will stay on the sidelines of a battle to avoid getting caught in the crossfire. They cannot defend themselves and only have enough motor skills still functioning to recognize danger and keep their distance.
