Vicki Hourvitz is one of the pre-made townies in La Fiesta Tech from The Sims 2: University. She can be made playable by befriending and asking her to move in, or by marrying her. Like most pre-made townies from University, Vicki's skills are usually randomized at the start of the game. She has the same facial structure as Heather Walter. Vicki's name is randomized when La Fiesta Tech is generated. The name "Vicki Hourvitz" is only referenced in the game files. She is also one of the 15 pre-made members of the LFT secret society.
