CMS Redemption refers to a Nebulon-B Frigate, formerly of the Caspian Navy. She was part of Admiral Dergan Roj's Barren Sector Fleet that arrived in Caspia in 4 ABY, along with her sister ship Ascension. The two vessels usually operated in tandem, and were present in Roj's line of battle at Endor, and came through largely intact. The ship subsequently became referred to as Roj's Redemption in all Alliance records, so as to avoid further confusion. The name Redemption has been suggested for a proposed CDU Navy battleship (BBC-17) of the Admiral Roj-class.
