Joseph Pipher co-wrote the Sesame Street video Talk, Listen, Connect and wrote, directed and produced the celebrity framing footage for the special When Parents Are Deployed, reworked from the video for television. Pipher was also a writer and story contributor for the 1995 TV romance series, Derby. Pipher is the founder of JoLeeTV, created in 1997 as a company dedicated to family-friendly programming.
