The Psionic-Magic Balance is established by the existence of Psionics, Magic, and by extension the Psionic-Magics Transparency. This balance refers to the power levels that Psionic abilities and mystic energies both possess, becasue they are rial forces they must maintain equal levels of power so that one can never control the other as a whole.
