The Demi-God of Rock is the master of various forms of rock music who is half-human, half-god, and is the main protagonist in the Quest Mode of Guitar Hero: Warriors of Rock. He is voiced by Gene Simmons of KISS during cutscenes and in the menus. He is also an unlockable playable character in Quickplay+, and is unlocked by finishing the final encore (Sudden Death) in the Quest. Also it says in his description on Guitar Hero: Warriors of Rock that he is the God of Rock. He put himself in to this mortal form to play even better and faster.
