Icisle City is a medium sized city in south-western Yuzai, located south-east of Orchfield Town and south-west of Caichi City. The city was once a major port for the local and foreign trading ships travelling to the region before an unexplained phenomena caused the city to be locked in a perpetual winter. The most notable resident of the city is Cholder, the Icisle City Gym Leader.
