When an object comes into contact with the cloak, it will get ensnared in the cloak and obliterated shortly after, along with the secton of cloak that obliterated the target. Due to their miniscule size, this cloak cannot be physically seen by dojutsu. Only dojutsu that can see chakra are able to see the quarks chakra.
