Oceanstone bolt tips are attached to the tips of Dragonite bolts, and can then be enchanted. Once Oceanstone bolt tips have been attached, the Dragon bolts become Oceanstone bolts. Oceanstone bolt tips can be created through the Fletching skill. A player must have a fletching level of 92 and take a cut Oceanstone and use a chisel with it to make 24 Oceanstone bolt tips. Attaching oceanstone bolt tips also requires a Fletching level of 92, and for each oceanstone bolt tip attached to a Dragon bolt, a player is granted 15 Fletching experience.
