Ryan Sipe was a well-known Starfleet officer in the 24th century. Sipe died under mysterious circumstances in 2364, possibly a victim of the parasitic beings that had infiltrated Starfleet Command. (TNG: "Conspiracy" ) This character was only mentioned in dialogue.
