The Raider-class was a type of high-powered scout in service with the Ferengi Alliance in the mid-24th century. In 2355, the Seventy-Fifth Rule, a Raider-class vessel, was assigned a survey mission of the Maxia Zeta star system. Unfortunately, the vessel didn't return as it was destroyed by the USS Stargazer during the "Battle of Maxia". (TNG novel: The Buried Age)
