Ziggy Tutti (or Ziggy Party Guys as he is known in The Sims for console) is a Sim living in SimValley in The Sims: Bustin' Out. He is one of the few Sims that can marry the player's Sim. He is interested in Money, Politics, and Sports. Ziggy shows up at the ending movie standing right beside Bobo the Bum. Strangely he is the only member of the Party Guys household to show up during the movie. This could be because it would be strange to see your husband or wife standing in the crowd when he/she should be walking with you.
