Thsi jutsu allows her to encase her body in lightning and move at speeds faser than human brain can process over a quick distance. This speed which even the a fully matured Sharingan could barely see allows her to quickly close the distance between her and an enemy in the time it take to blink. Once she close the distance she can choose to ram her opponent while still incased in the Lightning or opt to user another attack.
