Gannon was a highly seasoned finance executive with more than 20 years in corporate finance within Canada, US and abroad. During these years he held various positions including CFO, Corporate Secretary, Director, Executive VP Finance, President and Chief Operating Officer. Brett was a member of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants. Sadly, Brett Gannon died in Vancouver on March 26 2007 aged 47. He is survived by his wife, Carole Nicholson, his mother, Lynne, and his daughters, Michele, Lyanne, Laura and Chloe.
