Genics are genetically engineered organisms created by BioCorp. They are created to assist their masters in a variety of tasks such as manual labor. Some species are used as a means for sustenance. While bred as domesticated creatures, some genics live outside of human control as feral creatures. Rogue genics are considered as a security threat, thus Rangers are called upon to hunt them down. For the purpose of the game, most genics act as "monsters" encountered throughout Breath of Fire: Dragon Quarter.
