Tropical Storm Pablo was the sixteenth named storm of the 1995 Atlantic hurricane season. Pablo formed on October 4 in the open Atlantic Ocean as a Cape Verde hurricane. Pablo was a late-forming Cape Verde storm, since most of the time, conditions are not favorable for the development of tropical cyclones near the Cape Verde Islands during October. Pablo moved west-northwest and dissipated on October 8 while located east of the Windward Islands. Pablo caused no damage and no deaths.
