On Garternay the Ronay had 18 Major Guilds. Not much is known about how they worked, but it is known that they had flexible rules to accomodate the needs of the time. There was major copetitiveness between them, and they were often focusing on their facilities that their duties to Yahvo and the people. Ri'neref as King of D'ni intended the Guilds of D'ni to be healthier and created his own rules, and dedicated them to Yahvo.
