The Miniclip Information Agency is a fictional government entity responsible for "commissioning" short films for the education of the MCCP community. They were credited with a production bumper in the short film An Introduction to the Club Penguin Forums. Its name is derived from The United States Information Agency, a very real government organization in charge of promoting American values and creating educational films and material for American citizens.
