Alexander Woods is a former N7 commander and commander of Titan. Chosen to be the leader of Project Andro. Upon crashing on Tiberoa, he was saved by the Leviathan Antlia, who repaired his damaged body using parts from its own body. He is the current commander of the Seventh Sanctum and is attempting to rebuild the dying planet.
