The barber shop is located on Alhambra Drive in Sandy Shores, Blaine County in San Andreas. It shares the same interior and haircut options as Herr Kutz Barber, Beach Combover Barber and Hair on Hawick shop. It is a possible nod to Ice Cube's "Barbershop" movies, as his first name is O'Shea.
