Mr Jason was a history teacher at Heathcroft High School. His mother was a nought and his father was a cross. He hated noughts and pretended to be a cross himself. Mr Jason said that he was thankful that he was not born a nought. When noughts were introduced to Heathcroft he gave them bad grades and treated them badly. He also openly stated in class that noughts were less important than crosses. Callum McGregor was told by Mrs Paxton that Mr Jason was half nought and was surprised. Shortly after, he confronted him and told him that he knew. Mr Jason was very worried about anyone else finding out.
