Fanger is a series of moves found in Porygon2.1 and higher (Porygon2.2, Porygon2+, Porygon3, PorygonMega, PorygonY, and PorygonPure) that gets more powerful each time it hits. Each evolution can attack more and consequently, get more powerful. (3-4 for Porygon2.1, 5-7 for Porygon2.2, 8-12 for Porygon2+, 13-17 for Porygon3, 18-26 for PorygonMega, 25-33 for PorygonY, and 53 for PorygonPure)
