A Mermaid is an aquatic creature that lives in water. Mermaids are known to be seen in the lake at Hogwarts and are known to have had greyish skin and red hair. Some Mermaids in the Great Lake are a part of the Second Triwizard Task that Harry Potter participated in. The tail piece for the merpeople minifigures reappeared as part of the mermaid-figurehead of 6243 Brickbeard's Bounty.
