Agent Sambar is a member of the Department of Finance. He is written by Huinesoron. Sambar is a pale-skinned young refugee from a story in the Belgariad continuum. He is the only known proponent of Cycle Theory thus far, and appeared very briefly in both The Reorganisation and Crashing Down, but not much else is known.
