Arguably the largest of the 2016 leaks, and the first of the two leaks that got released to the public despite Pel's intentions against, it is relatively simple: A zip filled with the source files of the leak-era human faces and a copy of the leak citizen uniform. What makes it special is that these face textures are very large - the smallest (and presumably oldest) is 1024x570, and the biggest 3200x1938! There are even a few ponytail textures thrown in as well.
