He originally appeared in Presto's Grove during the beta where he handed out code words for beta players to invite their friends. He has since appeared in various locations, usually to give players special missions to help defeat the evil Emperor Withering and his henchmen. Now he has his residence in the Tree House in Wildwood Glen and although he looks a little out of shape, you can get most of the Stealth Gear (along with other items) from him there. NOTE:You can buy the Spy Briefcase from him, but you have to be a member to do that.
