There are humans with a slight or general inclining to this ability who are dismissed as clairvoyants, fortune tellers, magicians, etc. Only Sapiens of considerable power can approach and grasp the power of the 6th sense, and it is a vital component for a Sapien if one wants to achieve great power one day.
