Osvald Ralgol was a captain in the Imperial Navy. He commanded the Victory I-class Star Destroyer Contagion as of 11 BBY. However, Ralgol came to despise Emperor Palpatine for his poor treatment of Imperial military personnel. He decided to try to overthrow the Emperor and replace his government. Ralgol recruited Lieutenant Vexler Narath and many other crewmen to his cause. The coup was ultimately thwarted and the Contagion stopped before reaching the Palace.
