Chakolath Ramachandran (born May 15, 1938 in Ottapalam, Kerala), senior Indian Administrative Service officer, was former Principal Secretary to the Government of Tamil Nadu, Industries Department. Ramachandran was Industries Secretary when Jayalalithaa Jayaram was the Chief Minister during the years 1991-96.
