The Poseidon's Statue can be unlocked with the beach mod fix. Once unlocked the Statue is located under the menu: Packs > Beach > Blueprints. Cheat/Bug: When placing the structure it will state it is a Blueprint/Megastructure and will take some hours to build, when in fact it functions like a Landmark and can be built straight away without assigning any Tokens.
