Cannoneer Powell is one of two Forsaken cannoneers aboard Hellscream's Fist, the other being Cannoneer Buczacki. Powell tends to the cannons firing directly at Thunder Hold in the Jade Forest. When the zeppelin is destroyed, he is presumed to have gone down with the ship.
