Sudsy Magee is a goblin mage found initially within Drudgetown in Kezan at his makeshift tent[[:File:|[, ]]]. Sassy Hardwrench sends players to 'remind' him of his debts to the Cartel. Whatever his response to this not-so-gentle reminder, he can be found later at Bilgewater Harbor[[:File:|[, ]]] in Azshara, where he has apparently taken up painting, though he does a rather terrible job at it. This doesn't stop his admirers from adoring him.
