After Rallo finds out that Cleveland Brown Jr. has purchased dozens of boxes of candy bars to support the youth in "Squirt's Honor", he goes to them and demands a cut of the action. Junior sees the cash and presumes it is also going to charity, but finds out the truth when he takes Rallo to their concert in a bad part of Newport and no one else is there but a street person. After Junior quits the scouts and becomes disconnected from everything he believed in, Rallo feels proud of himself until Roberta sets him straight and Rallo forces the youth to actually put on a show. Junior sees through the sham concert, but is touched by Rallo's gesture and returns to normal.
