Glimmer Uziel was the leader of Vicondor. She was in an alliance (resulting in the creation of the Mid Rim gateway, Station 88 Spaceport) with Lorian Nod of Junction V, Samish Kash of Delaluna, and Yura Telamarch of Bezim. Uziel's species had pale golden skin and four tiny tentacles that waved in the air, like fronds. She had a musical speaking voice.
