Julie Rubin is a girl that, along with her friends, Eric Hinkle and Neal Kroger, discovered the magical world of Droon. During their adventures in Droon, Julie is made a princess. After being scratched by a wingwolf, she gains the power to fly. Later she finds out she has the power to shapeshift. Towards the end of the series, she gains the power to see into the past.
