Spicy Hawkbat Stirfry was a very popular Echani Dish in some circles. Consisting of Hawkbat (though chicken was a favored substitute) rice, potatoes, tomatoes, peppers, pepper oil. The ingredients were often cooked for two or three hours together before serving.
