CodeQuickLinks creates a rail module (or, in the case of Monobook, a pair of portlets) with quick links to the user's local JavaScript and CSS files, the user's Community Central global JS and CSS files, the wiki's MediaWiki pages, and Special:JSPages. This script was intended to be installed in a user's global.js file, but it may also be implemented locally or on a site-wide level, depending on the needs of the user.
