The Great Council has absolute control over the national government if affirmed by national vote every four years to insure their civilian support. A "head" of the council is selected by the council to serve as the nation's head of state and government for one year. The current Head of Crown is Adrianne of Anguilla, of the Country of the British Overseas Areas.
