Stewart 'Stew' Mitchum is the son of the Officers Mitchum. He first appears in Who Could That Be at This Hour? trying to slingshot Lemony Snicket , and throughout the series of All the Wrong Questions. He is an increasingly dangerous bully who is always innocent in the eyes of his parents, the Officers Mitchum.
