Simplicity Designer's 8270; ©1950; Misses' Redingote and One-Piece Dress. The redingote has a fitted bodice, a Peter Pan collar and short kimono sleeves with narrow cuffs. The full skirt is gathered at the waistline. Self faric bow-ties trim the bodice front. The dress has a low decolletage and narrow shoulder straps. Version B: The dress bodice and skirt have contrasting lace trim. Reissued in 2016 as Simplicity 8252.
