Liasici was a planet owned by the Foamasi. Liasici was ruined by the Argolins, but the Foamasi fixed up the planet. This required a lot of money, so Foamasi joined the Galactic Federation to help their economy. Despite this, the economy of the planet was still precarious by 3999.
