The First Minister of New Englia, was the Head of Government of New Englia. He/She was chosen in a direct election every 3 years and ws not subject to term limits. The First Minister worked closely with the cabinet in policy making. The office of First Minister was the Head of Government meaning he/she was the leader of New Englia when it came to foreign affairs, carrying out executive actions and selecting cabinet members. He/She received a fixed salary of 100,000 RUT a year and lifetime benefits after retirement.
