When Scotland rejected indepdendence, it lead to more self-governce and ultimately complete and total autonomy which was also guaranteed to Wales and Northern Ireland. Wales and Scotland were intitally satisfied but the Northern Irish wanted more. in 2024, Britian relunctantly agreed to indepdendence referedums for Wales and Ireland (the offer was rejected by Scotland). Wales said no but Northern Ireland said Yes. The Republic of North Ireland was established on March 19, 2026.
