J. Sizzle's Steakhouse was once the flagship business in a chain of steakhouses managed by Jimmy Sizzle. But during a mob war, he fell on hard times and enlisted the assistance of the Cuneo Family, despite being closely associated with the Corleones. He was saved from bankrupcy by Lorenzo Allegro who also ensured he did not defect. This arrangement worked until 2010, when Charlie Trapani convinced Sizzle to change allegiance, and Allegro soon followed him.
