Adrian Chase Born Simon Morrison also known as Prometheus is an extremely dangerous and mysterious archer currently operating in Star City. When not as Prometheus he's currently the District Attorney of Star City and works closely with the current Mayor Oliver Queen He's known to the media as a serial killer who they call The Throwing Star Killer. For unknown reasons he has a personal deep seated hatred and vendetta against Green Arrow who he knows is Oliver Queen. It started when Green Arrow first arrived in Star City Four Years Ago having killed someone personally close to him. For the next Four Years he trained and studied everything he could learn about Green Arrow even training under one of his mentors Talia al Ghul. He soon returned to Star City and began his War against Green Arrow.
