In the Barracks, members are free to bypass and post explicit material that would not be considered appropriate for all of the privates. However, pornography is not allowed there. The Barracks is considered to be a lounge-type category where soldiers are free to goof off and relax. Geoff doesn't like what happens in the barracks, it is surprising that it isn't removed.
