"Healthy and Strong Disco" is a little music ditty that Pam-I-Am with The Cat in the Hat, The Little Cats and Terrence do for a little exercise. It's called The Pam-I-Am Birds of Steel Workout. She first gets them to bounce, trounce and some wings and beak moves. Terrence doesn't like it at first but gets into at the end after she's done showing all the moves. It was featured in episode A Bird's Guide to Health of The Wubbulous World of Dr. Seuss.
