Lord Abner Mackenzie, Steadholder Mackenzie, was a Grayson citizen and steadholder. After Protector Caleb was murded by his younger brother in 1418 PD, Lord Mackenzie allied himself with Lord Dietmar Yanakov in order to remove the Usurper from power and make his nephew, Bernard, the new Protector.
