Stormlash is a unique Scourge. Like its sister scourge, Horizon's Tornado, Stormlash has a disparate minimum and maximum damage. However, it also has an increased chance of Crushing Blow and the chance of casting Static Field; one of the most useful abilities against bosses and other enemies with high life.
